In retrospect it seems exceedingly obvious that this could be the same tech we have now, but they had it longer. if you search for assange video, you will find it and they have multiple anomalies such as this. Searching for AI related terms will likely just get this one and others like it, but if you search for things like "assange video is faked" or shit like that that implies mere CGI, you will get to relive the whole scandal. Use search terms relevant to the timeframe.
Unfortunately, the ministry of truth may limit your results, but I can confirm that I remember the original and the many claims it gave birth to.
