Cobalt and Manganese are plentiful, but the incentivisation of EV products to replace traditional vehicles means there will be a deficit of lithium as early as 2025-2030.
There is expected to be enough for about 70-85 years worth of lithium at current demand. These EV will require a replacement battery at the 10-15yr mark.
It is expected that demand will outstrip supply.

EV's also use more metals than conventional internal combustion vehicles, not accounting for steel.

You forgot that EVs are so significantly heavier than ICE vehicles that they wear out the roads faster, requiring them to be resurfaced more often.
