The DC case is federal. It will go away if Trump is re-elected. Same with the Maralago case. Jack Smith will be finished and the head of the executive branch will put a stop to the case, which is Trump's right to do, regardless of the screeching political games that will be played. However, even if he didn't, there was no crime committed in either of the federal cases and will never make it to a jury, being dismissed on appeal.

The NYC case has no underlying crime in the indictment. Without an underlying crime, the state could have only charged Trump with a misdemeanor, but didn't before the statute of limitations expired. That case was DOA when it was filed.

The GA case will go away when the only DA in the country willing to reinterpret RICO laws to include elections protests as crimes. When she goes away, the case will go away along with her. Imagine that. The woman that's so fuckin' corrupt that she is using a bullshit prosecution to get her and her fuck toy rich, reinvented the law so she could get her and her fuck toy rich. And, when she's gone, no one will even attempt a repeat.

Super delegates can't rewrite state election laws to put people on the ballot after the filing deadline. If Gavin, or Big Mike, didn't file before the deadline to be on the ballot of each state, they simply won't be. All those click bait faggots that are telling you about Gavin and Mike are lying to you or are too fuckin' stupid to listen to. They pulled the same shit in 2020, saying that they were going to pick their own candidate. Never happened, for a reason.

If superdelegates could have picked anyone they wanted in 2020, Biden wouldn't have been the nominee even then. They convinced Biden's primary opponents to get behind Biden to avoid a Bernie win. This would have never happened if the super delegates actually had an ability to put anyone they wanted on the ballot. Simple fact is, they can't.

I'm so fucking sick of listening to talking heads and their parrots talking about Gavin and Mike being the candidate. It isn't possible. The filing deadlines for 203 electoral college votes, many in blue states, have passed. After March 6th (or whatever the super Tuesday's date is this year), the deadlines for state compeising more than 270 electoral college votes will have passed and there would be no way a candidate that hadn't filed could win. None.

There may be legal exceptions for Kamalah if Biden steps down, because she would then be the president, but I'm not sure about that.

The only answer to the filing deadline issue that I ever get from you faggots is "D's don't have to obey election laws and can do whatever they want." but simple fact is, they can't. The GOP in every district in every state would file lawsuits and emergency injunctions and they would have clear and consice written law to base their objections on. There has NEVER been a candidate on a ballot that didn't file to be on the ballot before the deadline and countless candidates removed from the race for fucking up and not filing in time. The law is extremely clear. File before the deadline or you can't run. Simple as.
