War crime is a jew word like hate crime. It just means anything you disagree with. The only war crimes are things done by the losing side. It’s just legalese and used to score political points. Bottom line war is a crime. But if you win you get to point all the fingers.
That's complete nonsense. Germany was attacked in WWII by the Allies. However, they lost, and were tried for war crimes at the Nuremberg trials. Their major cities were firebombed and a collectively a million civilians were killed, but the Allies were not accused of war crimes. Thatguy's comment is correct and it stands up to evidence.
Germany was attacked by the allies? Interesting history revisionism there.
And, you seem to miss the point. What you're talking about is justice, not war crimes defined. A war crime is a war crime whether or not justice is served for the war crime.
Just like a felon is someone who commits a felony, not someone convicted of a felony. Two different things.
The British dropped bombs on all major German cities. You are being the revisionist. You seem to want to die on this hill defending the notion that war crimes aren't just kike wordplay.
I didn't say that. For one thing, it was the British and the Americans who dropped bombs on German cities, which is true. You left out the part where they bombed cities with no strategic value but had large civilian populations. But they simply didn't bomb them, the firebombed them, incinerating about a million civilians in all and destroyed a significant amount of German culture.
How is this revisionist? It's all true. And by your definition it's a war crime.
Okay, I'll bite. Do you think Germany was the first to attack Britain? If you do, tell me when and how. Please be specific how you answer. If you say it was the invasion of France through the lowlands, that is an invasion because they were defending themselves against British troops in France who were preparing to invade Germany.
As for "war crimes", is intentionally firebombing cities with populations of unarmed civilians a war crime? Don't tell me that's revisionist too.
Since you say "a war crime is a war crime whether or not justice is served for the war crime", I'd also like you to tell me what "war crimes" Germany committed. And if that's true, why wasn't Britain and the US tried for firebombing German cities?
It’s only a war crime to aid an abet an unsuccessful genocide and you lose. An example is the Turks and the Armenians. The Armenians lost so the Turks get to call it “not a genocide” so it’s not a war crime.
And again, a genocide is a genocide whether anyone gets justice or not. The same was a felon is someone who commits a felony whether or not they get convicted.

War is not a crime if a nation is defending itself and war crimes are clearly defined as criminal acts perpetrated by an aggressor during a war.
