Gazes sternly at @VitaminSieg's posting with his dark lifeless eyes. With a grimace on his old gaunt pale bone-y face, puts on his glasses, removes a pen from the cup upon his desk inserting it to his mouth, as he reaches into the desk drawer to remove the death note from its place of rest. Opening the unassumingly ominous notebook, he turns the pages with his almost transparent bone-y fingers to the latest name, Kelvin Kiptum. With a press of his thumb to the pen, the foreboding ratcheting click echoes through the small administrative office as he begins to write down the name of the next person to pass this mortal realm, and with an almost English accent he says...
