look at this pretty shit, this is what it looks like out of the box with very little modification. Flax engine is at least 50% between unity and unreal. i have to go through and basically rewire half the assets in blender beforehand, but whatever
Flax is free for non-commercial and educational usage. When you’re making a commercial product you have to pay a 4% royalty on earnings exceeding $250,000 per calendar quarter.

plus if they have any intent to be picky about it im sure theres ways to mod out any sign it's their engine
