Relax, it's just that his stomach lining disintegrated. If it were ebola (viruses are fake btw), his eyes and ears would be weeping blood too. This happened to my grandfather, but he died when they gave him the wrong type blood. Doctors are experts. Nurses too.

This happened to my uncle. He was feeling light headed so my mom told him to take aspirin. Turns out it ate thru his stomach and he started vomiting blood. He's fine now. That was 10 years ago.
