Yes but not quick enough, 9,6 millions "immigrants" in the UK even if you high ball the number of whites with 1 mill you still would need 250 years if you hang one ever 15 min. thats 90.000 man hours. And you have no wiggle room, you have to get up and close and subdue them.

There must be a faster way. Thermobaric London would be a good start.
