The only benefit to Muskowitz tweet is that it allows more people to see these responses to him. Other than that Musk is still a jew fag and the people who made these tweets in response is now most likely on the 'to be permabanned soon' list.

I've only lost a few Twitter accounts, but I lost one recently without explanation. I can sense the tides of censorship, and they were "shields down" for a little while, but it feels like it's coming back ever since Mr Musk made his pilgrimage to Israel.
