What is difference between BBQ and grilling? In short, grilling means to cook over a fire, hot and fast. Barbecuing refers to cooking over a low flame and much slower

Why do people call grilling BBQ? What is BBQ and where did it come from? The word barbecue comes from the language of a Caribbean Indian tribe called the Taino.
