Youngest seen in the links that worked. 13 is likely post puberty, so not the prepubescent required to be pedophilia. If there were any younger, then the claim would be true. But the way this is presented makes it sound like the strongest evidence.

In recent years, there seems to be a strong push to normalize pedophilia by calling any "under 18" sex pedophilia. There are even jews here on voat/talk/upgoat promoting pedophilia with that trick.
