Can the government be held liable? The same government that prepared concentration camps for non-vaxed?

No? How unfortunate.

Great news and QLD state has a class action lawsuit currently underway. This all sets a promising precedent.

idk they broke laws left & right to deathvax everyone. Legal precedent means nothing when Law means nothing to these people. They'll fucking do it again if it suits them.

Yep, and they are deliberately putting the cost onto business owners rather than the govt themselves. Pure normie gaslighting.

Iirc, Aussies being compensated so far for adverse vax reactions are averaging around $4000 per person - ridiculous.

Yup think of this from the perspective of a normie business owner. Government mandates that you have to require all your employees to get vaxecuted or they will shut you down. So you comply with their demands and then two years later they turn around and place the liability on you for any of your employees who may have been fucked up from it. It's never their fault, and they change the rules to suit them.

how many of these scary warnings get posted here and how many actually have rubber hit the road? zero. I cannot think of a single time where someone was punished in a political role or a company exec
