Spent years screaming the same myself. By faking compliance you're not getting out of anything you're just adding another number to the statistics while also painting a target on yourself f9r fraud. At worst you get done for it at best when justice comes back you get no bite of the compensation cherry.
Fake compliance is still compliance and acknowledging what you're complying with is legal (it wasnt)
Uninformed consent is still consent. You comply you lose.
