As the dangers of these vaccines becomes too obvious to ignore, you’d be forgiven for thinking that this is no longer an issue, but the truth is that numerous Americans are being quietly prosecuted by the Department of Justice (DoJ) right now for resisting the vaccine.

Journalist David Zweig has compiled a report based on court documents demonstrating how the DoJ is currently spending hundreds of thousands of dollars prosecuting people who forged their COVID-19 vaccination status during the pandemic.

Guess it Depends if they filled out parts that required a GP/ Pharmacist signature or put a false Vaccine clinic stamp/ date of vaccination.
The vaccination card is really just an Indvidual's personal copy (to be shown where required, paper copy of digital vax pass) that will also correspond to an official Health vaccination data base.

EDIT: Here in NZ i applied for a free official mask exemption card (5mins online, basically filled out a name/ DOB self survey and what health condition precluded me from wearing one - iirc you weren't even required to put a health condition because of nz health privacy laws but they simply asked as a matter of course, i put Clinical depression and epilepsy lmao.) via a NZ disability NGO. Retards were downloading counterfeit copies online by the hundreds to the point where everyone then had to apply online to the actual govt health dept for one and fill out a long ass questionnaire that was duly checked over before being authorized for the exact same free exemption card (and also get your name on another govt list).
Completely pointless, but no thanks to all the useless eater breeders.
