How does the bathroom drain? Where are the water hookups? How about a kitchen? You're going to have to plumb a sink with no rough in and not enough space in the walls to fit pipes.
How about electricity? I didn't see a box. Or really any outlets. Or lights. What are you going to hook your stove up to? You can stick a fridge in a 20A but not a stove. And I bet it's going to be a complete bitch to run wiring through those walls. And I'd also bet every one of your outlets is going to need to be flush mount. So you're going to to have conduit and boxes sticking out everywhere.
You can see light coming through the seams of the roof. That's going to need to be sealed. And there's no way there is anything but foam board in those walls as far as insulation. It's going to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
A tiny house at least has the basic amenities offered by an RV. Honestly though, if you seriously just want to live in like a 15x15 house, the materials are not that expensive. You might need help putting together a decent roof, but even a retard can throw together a foundation on piers and stud up walls. You can definitely handle running wiring and plumbing, though you'll probably need help connecting to the box/main, which is fine since you'll need to get it inspected regardless. Even with the cost of wood still being outrageous, I am absolutely positive you could have an actual house for way less than 19 grand.
