Anyone got experience w pets and cancer

So it seems my dog has cancer and the vet wants $5k-$6k just for a biopsy, anyone have experience with other prices?

Yeah it's an animal hospital, they wanted $3k just to put my dog in a cage overnight so they could do a xray in the morning. I don't know what hotel is even $3k per night

I dropped 10k for cancer treatment for a dog over 2 years. My best suggestion, knowing what I know now, is to just make them happy and comfortable. When they're ready to go, they'll tell you.

It works for people too.

I have purchased ivermectin from here. They also sell fenbendazole (generic Panacur).

There are vids and stories about fenbendazole curing cancer.
I searched "fenbendazole cancer dogs" to find that link.
I saw links to reddit forums on the search results page.

The fucked up thing is they almost never willingly tell you how much it could cost to remove the tumor until after you commit to biopsy and radiology. Its like they need you pot committed before you make that decision. You ask them and they stammer and their eyes gloss over. So you make some calls and see what other vets think, and nobody will even ballpark it.

How old is your little guy? It's hard but remember the greatest gift we can give our animals is a quick death with little suffering. Get a second or even third opinion.

All I know is many of these so called veterinarians are retards. I'm sure your doggy is not the first to have whatever this is. Why is it so hard to figure out? It shouldn't be. Get a second and third opinion. Hopefully it will work out.

Man I feel your pain. Now I can only hope you figure this out. I fix cars not animals but I would concentrate on that Weird thing they found. Maybe a better scan like an MRI or CAT scan. That should show more. I wish you and your doggy luck.
