That kike is smoke screening. I've read both the tibetian book of living and dying and the tibetian book of the dead. They're not spell books, they're guides on how to navigate the afterlife for tibetian Buddhists. I actively practiced tibetian Buddhism for a few years and I can tell you with certainty that there's no rituals for bringing back the dead in those books. Now, they do believe that the Dali lama is reborn, but it's because of dharma not ritual. You can think of it like a flower on a plant dying and the plant naturally produces another flower.
