The explosion itself is amazingly powerful and destructive, but the inaccuracy of those things is incredibly wasteful. Even if they're super cheap (??) the time and energy spent exploding the middle of a wheat field is to the enemies benefit.
24 rockets landing randomly over a half mile area is only worthwhile with a dense concentration of the enemy that never actually happens. Their range is also so short that FPV drones can reach them pretty often too.

it also seems to me that these devastating things could be used much more efficiently. Not immediately usable in large open spaces like here. Maybe the russians have a lot of ammunition to waste.
