Edit 1: There are videos on youtube about this "condition" that are older than 2022.

Edit 2: I also searched pubmed, and found things written about this going back to the 1950s. They originally called it Stiff-man Syndrome, but, I guess that was sexist, or whatever, so they changed the name... lol

It sounds shitty...uncontrollable cramps and spasms set off by dumb things like sneezing or cold temperatures. I've had back and ab spasms where you both are gasping yet unable to breathe while trying to move and prevent the cramp from getting worse.
