Devon Laratt. Him, John Brzenk and Travis Bagent made arm wrestling much more mainstream.

Devon Larratt has been one of the best armwrestlers in the world for about a couple of decades now. As far as famous people outside the sport go, he also beat Shaq and Hafthor Bjornsson.

He had some pretty epic matches back in the WAL days. He was I think the first to be #1 in left hand and right hand simultaneously.
