it's coming from the kid himself - he was pulled over prior this incident where he literally invoked diplomatic immunity (as a Diplomats son) on body cam after pulled for 'speeding' on his crotch rocket. Plus he also had a flip plate on the rear that obscured his legal plate and read 'Catchme'.
EDIT: He'll plead down and get probation at the most. Little fck should be deported and his FAther along with him.
