I need an untraceable burner 'home office' phone number

Any one know of any free options out there, that are safe to use?

I just need a phone number that I can use that doesn't point directly back at me. I wouldn't really even ask for this, save the fact that Fucking Indians, go unchecked, and I have to protect my financial interests, while job hunting! I'm looking for more of a semi-disposable phone number kind of thing.

Thanks for responding, I had a bit of a face palm moment when I saw the link you sent. I've used AlternativeTo.net quite a lot in the past to find software alternatives, but it didn't dawn on me to use it for finding a burner phone number. I am rather google-adverse, so, I'll check out the other alternatives.

No big deal, burner phones bought in USA are cheap and some under 7 dollars total per month to maintain. The phones cost under 20 dollars , can be bought with cash at walmart, no ID in any US state :
ALCATEL MY FLIP 2 (A406DL) = $19.95, with web browser and text too!
FUN FACT : BURNER CELL PHONES with text are cheap as hell in 2022, you whiner!
I should know, I have 4 on 4 different cell networks.
Every spook knows all the following trade craft, but...
• Never let Walmart photograph your face, all cell phone purchases are video recorded and digitally stored for FBI.

• Never pay for more than 90 days at a time, using CASH, and covering face, from drug stores. 90 day refill cards are under 7 dollars a month.

• Never turn on your burner phone except to add time, far from your home and no working cell phones near you. If web browser need to setup initial voice mail, use a McDonalds WiFi, that you only visit once in your life.

• never let any burner get turned on or charged in your home, only in cars on other side of county from you. Powered off the juice lasts well over 90 days on all burner phones

• Never drive in a car with ANY OTHER CELL PHONES turned on while you drive to your charging location

• NEVER let burners sniff wifi antenna names near your home

• put opaque tape over all camera lenses, and never talk aloud while it is charging or turned on.

• NEVER let any of your burners see blutooth IDs from any modern cars or any other active cell phones, the blutooth is a sneaky side network used by Apple , Android, and Feds to track locations. BluTooth is a DANGER to your freedom!

• avoid ever ever ever calling anyone with the phone but the phone is killed if it does not make at least one short voice call per 30 days, the same rules as ghetto Obamaphones. Call a 800 voice info number (thousands of businesses answer with a robot) ... then hang up after 10 seconds. SOME phones, like the one I mentioned only requires one call every 89 days to stay alive.

Maintain proper OpSec and your burners last years and only are needed to check voicemail and check SMS text codes.

You should never bring it near another device owned by you or anyone you know. Or it will be associated with you

Do not drive to the location take public

Put it in a metal container

Never use it from any location you normally go to.

Essentially get a prepaid phone with limited digital capability.

Assume you can still be identified.

Cover or remove the camera. Put it in airplane mode. Use a mask when using it. Use a generated voice.

Whenever you use it your location is identified

Even posting anon here you are still identified

Any past searches are kept

Thanks, I'm in the job market, and I ran into what I am convinced is a fishing scam today. It's the second time I've experienced it. I need to be able to communicate with recruiters, and put some distance between scammers & I.

The only way you can have anonymous activity electronically is if you can launder your physical identity to somewhere.

If you do this you could just use a free google internet voice line on a public computer.

Also yes already public cases of them tracking people down with just their voice.
