The men's version in the photo was the replacement for my HUFFY Sting-ray. I rode the heck out of this bike. This bike was so well balanced, that I could ride it on straight-aways without having to hold on to the handle bars. Can't really do that with the pseudo-mountain bike I have now.

I bought a British Raleigh bike that looked like this in the 1970's, back when all the kids rode banana bikes. Might have been one of the rirst racing bikes in New Orleans. Nice.
I'm not understanding, are you saying that the Schwinn family was pro Jewish or affiliated, and that's the problem? Or are you saying that they were NaXi sympathizers and THAT was the problem?
