RT says it is 25 Republican governors. Any state with a Democrat governor is obviously not going to support it. The governor of Vermont was the only Republican governor not to support it, so now Vermont knows they actually have a Democrat as a governor.

Kentucky is getting the 4th most re-settlement behind California, Texas, and New York. Our Demoshit governor seemingly got in on election fraud but still they import more future voters. He has Senatorial aspirations though so I'm sure he'll do as he's told.
