Get healthy and get strong. I used to be tall and thin and I can attest how much shit changes and how different people treat you when you are muscular. It commands attention and it scares the people that need to be scared. It clears your mind and you think better.
The bad guys aren't working out. They're too busy watching porn and netflix.
I don't generally seek, or care about, the approval of others, but it's also nice to hear independent confirmation that you've been "doing it right" all along.
