One of my old ones stopped two people from committing suicide.

The effect dogs have on people is deep.

I detest the idea of "I rescued this dog" it isnt true. Adoption claims are fine, but that other thing is some virtue bullshit.

Dogs always return the favor, they don't need to be reminded.

This is the both of ours, husky was left for dead in a garage during the summer, had a clothes line tied in a knot around his neck, the malligator was about to be euthanized because he was at the shelter for 99 days.

Took a year for him to learn how to dog, he is always so tense, but he is my sons buddy.

They walk around the neighborhood, play around and Banjo (dogs name) sleeps at my sons bedroom door each night.

Little dog can jump over 6ft standing still.

Nanook (the husky) is my buddy.

Haha, I can just imagine the boisterousness of those two.

I picked up an all-White labradork from the shelter. He had been beaten so badly that it left scars and eye-occlusions. For some reason, they had also clipped his nails to ~1mm, taking all of the quick(incredibly painful).

He's one of the calmest and sweetest dogs I've ever owned. He's incredibly careful when we walk by the church and the old ladies want to pet him. But he knows to also be boisterous when a nice young lady comes up to pet him. ;) He's very friendly with everyone and is a huge cuddle-bug.

The one time he growled and barked at someone is when we were visiting family. A strange man, to him, came over and he got between the children he just met 2 days ago, and "protected" them. Of course the "strange man" was one of the kid's father coming back from work lol. The entire time I was visiting he was just another part of the pile of children.

He now lets me clip/grind his nails down without much issue.

Husky acts like you are leading him to the gallows when it comes time to clip nails.

The malligator is so proper with his mannerisms. Far as how they are together...thunderdome man.

That malligator has gotten carried away, knocked me down and the wife.

He didn't mean too, but he is solid muscle. He could murder the husky without effort and he knows it, but husky was there first, and he is frens.
