I dislike the anti-tech faggotry that is the Amish belief system, but come on. That's just fucking rude.
Much as I may dislike them, I'm not going to fuck with them either. Far as I know, they don't really cause any harm. They just decided God thinks we should all still use muskets and molasses and any tech past that is CLEARLY Satanic. Certainly.

"A truck driver, parked in the Walmart lot, had seen a female steal the buggy,β according to a statement from the Sturgis Department of Public Safety. βHe gave police a description of the female suspect.β
As it turns out, police had already made contact with the 31-year-old female suspect earlier in the day at the same Walmart, though officials did not elaborate on why they had spoken to her or what the reason behind the contact was.
Police eventually found the stolen horse and buggy later the same evening and were able to find the alleged unnamed suspect at a nearby motel where she was arrested without incident, according to authorities.
That's so funny, I always see Mennonites at truck stops. Packed into mini-vans.
Mennonites don't eschew modern tech, they are just family-centric, and wear a 'uniform' that distinguishes them. Amish believe that modern technology is inherently evil. (Not sure why they would eat food, or use tools created by this technology).
While I was there, some "modern" woman wearing a cut tank top letting her tits jiggle was squatting down getting something on a lower shelf. She was maybe a 5, overweight, with too small shorts...so nothing you'd want without liquid courage vision.
I'm in the same aisle looking for something on an upper shelf. Mennonite family walks in and knowing this hoochie is here, I watch the father. She stands up and turns towards the register, and father gives a face like he's witnessing men buttfucking...I can't otherwise describe his disgust. Not certain if anyone else from the family saw her...father surely did.
Things like that never happens while traveling if you fly!
We have a Mennonite "clan" near us. Farming folk. They're really chill, honestly. Just too pacifistic for my liking.
The kids they have run a tractor better than some old codgers that farm for a living though... I don't know what they do to train 'em but I've seen a literal 7 year old raking hay like it was nothing. Pretty cool, honestly.
I always see them at a local farmers market. Adults and children all hustling to make a living. Their baked goods are excellent, and they are very patient. Really, probably not a bad lifestyle if I had to do it over again.
