They're replacing all their staff with AI, the LA Times is doing something similar but at a smaller scale. Its seems as likely as not that soon all major public news media will be authored by globohomo AI.

And the AI will write objectively better articles. They will have correct grammar and be more well-researched than any of the shit that the human staff has been shitting out onto the page.

The problem arises when they place limitations on the AI, which will lead to us not hearing the full stories or being deprived of vital context.
