The iPhone messages folder had somehow migrated to a different page ..

Scam TPG Email.

The bank notified me three unauthorized transactions totaling 1900$ or so had been made .. that they would do what they could to stop payment however they could not guarantee anything, they cancelled the card and I get a new one next week - If TPG had picked up the phone in the first place none of this would have happened.

You dumb fuck. I am with TPG and get these scam letters all the time and delete them straight away. They've warned you enough times what to look for (eg genuine emails address you by your TPG username).

Another tip is to log into your TPG account and that will tell you immediately if you have an outstanding debt or not.
