He didn't even get out his pen and end birth-right citizenship by executive order. Even if it wouldn't hold up in the courts it's worth a try, and at the minimum would force them to make the argument on how this shitshow is legal.

I would have preferred Vivek this time around, because he's leagues ahead of Trump intellectually, and he's not so boxed in by "White supremacy" charges that he can talk openly talk about Great Replacement.
