I had a corporate gig in the late 90's, there was a dude that came to work every day in a dress, makeup, & cheap clip-on costume jewelry. We were all pissed about it, but, there was nothing we could do. Our manager was ham-stringed and couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. That was back in the day when you could legit get your ass kicked for dressing like a fruit!
