Should of got himself arrested, would of been interesting for them to take in people to the station while doing their side job, so do the NGO's pay for the use of the police station, cars, uniforms too or do they just have to pay the cops?

Criminal by day, criminal by night

A close friend of mine has been talking about moving to Texas. And at every turn I have been warning him against it. He insists on two things: First, that if he buys a large enough plot of land (100+ acres) nobody will bother him. And second, that the legal hispanics in Texas are more American than the White people and that they hate illegals.

I've told him outright he's a complete idiot. Even if you have a bunch of land, organizations like the cartels don't give one single fuck and you will not be able to hold them off by yourself. That's a stupid way to die.

And then there's the most important point, illustrated here: colored people stick with their own. Sure, those "legal" hispanics in Texas talk a good story about loving America and being "American" and hating on illegals, but when it comes to it, THEY WILL STICK WITH THEIR OWN.

Remember: All of those fucking browns are cousins. I mean, you and I know damned well they aren't. But they refer to each other that way for a reason. And the reason is that they will favor each other far more than White people at any opportunity.

Texas is lost. Every White person there should ditch that state and watch it crumble to dust.

Couple of legal issues this raises. Number one can they do this in their full uniform usually cops are forbidden from using their full uniform in jobs that aren't official Police business because it puts the color of law on something that has nothing to do with the law.

So that raises the question if it should be reported to the mayor because somebody says that the police chief approves this so obviously the police chief is already in the wrong but the mayor might say hey to the chief you can't do this assuming the mayor isn't corrupt which is a lot to

Daniel also have to realize that if the police chief has agreed to all this and it suddenly becomes a racketeering violation because you have an organization of people and it doesn't matter that they're police it's an organization of people with the structure that are cooperating and planning to help someone do an illegal thing in it squarely puts it into the RICO statute. Now the nice thing about that is that because this isn't just a group of regular idiot individuals who have no money this is a group associated with the city that there are Deep pockets here that can be sued for damages. so you'll be suing the city even though the people aren't acting within the city but because the city officials are allowing them to do it into where City uniforms you can sue the city in their Deep pockets and their millions to be


So I just wonder what would happen if a regular citizen allowed themselves to be arrested by one of these off-duty cops wearing a full cop uniform with the full blessing of the city police chief and then they sued them for arresting them under the color of law while participating in an organized effort to help illegal activity that was an obvious violation of the Rico statue.
