A bunny and a budgie - Upgoat

I've never heard them called that, I've always known them as parakeets. I'm assuming this is the same bird as what I would call a parakeet. Is that a regional thing in the US, or do you live outside the US?

I've heard of the band, They were formed the year I was born. I didn't connect the band with the bird.
I was focused on the fact that it was being called something other than I've know it as all my life.

I don't make it a point to see where everyone is from. If Dulci & I had had some conversation in the past, I might have been interested in knowing something about her, but we've really never, as far as I know, engaged in conversation. I don't think that's a solid strike against me.

Looks like an amazing place. You'd likely have to bring a woman with you, dating prospects are probably not so good. I think, other than the fact that it's a volcano with a island attached, it would be a neat place to live for a while.
