Didn't he call johnny law to them he had people trespassing and walking through his property several times, and then when he confronted them on the occasion in question, they were armed with firearms and shot at him first and he returned fire (without even realizing he had struck one until the cops found the body hours later) ??. I agree he should have shut the fck up other than reporting trespassers.
