Google search "lechitina". Not all soy is bad. Where soy IS the problem is the estrogen loaded shit they make "imitation foods" from like meat.

I wonder how much soy they used.

Lecithin allows the milk to be mixed easier with water, and prevents clumping in the container. I wonder which other lecithin sources could be used, instead.

Sunflower lecithin, I think cocoa butter also works. There's probably other options but soy is dirt cheap and plentiful.
