Part of the problem with having black neighbors is that you randomly get a military like raid where your baby inhales flashbang smoke and later stops breathing and has to be rescued by an ambulance that isn't covered by insurance.

"What happens" means getting fired, imprisoned/put on probation, or fined, right? The usual thing happened which is the victims file a civil lawsuit against the police, which allows them to collect from the city or whatever, but the officers themselves aren't prosecuted and aren't/can't be personally sued.

I don't understand how they're still getting these warrants. If you look at it the way the news looks at it, it looks like they were wrong for where they threw the distraction device. But the problem is they're going in guns blazing in the first place. Which is authorized.

Well that's the weird part. Nothing safe about breaking into a nigger drug dealer's house at 3am. It would be safer to bust that guy when he goes out. I think they do it honestly because they can schedule these. Otherwise they would have to have possibly significant manpower waiting for this nigger to leave, or they would have to round such up. It could be more dangerous if you are understaffed. But I feel like it being in the dark is still the worst thing that you can do for safety, since no one can see anything.

But if they can't rely on using a time they know the drug dealer is going to be home, they would have to spend a lot of time waiting. I think it's just an efficiency thing. And then when they go in randomly, they want to have all the advantages so they do it at night. Having the advantage helps the cops. Everyone being at a disadvantage, along with all the soft targets around and the very real possibility of missing your perp, causes deaths.
