There have been a number of based African leaders. Uganda is one that comes immediately to mind, the one who recently criminalised LGBTQ+ crap. I think he's still alive, but for much longer?

Also, when African leaders are corrupt they're mostly honest about it, unlike our rotten politicians who pretend they're the good guys and our govts care about us and our "freedoms".
