This website in particular is strange. NONE of the women have bad pictures. Not that all women are 10/10 or anything like that, but all photos are professionally done. When you check Facebook though, seemingly the profiles are legitimate. Not sure what to think...

The woman who created that site, was recently on the tinfoilhat podcast. I dont know how it works, but they actually have a nurse screen you. Men have to pay, women can join for free. Which makes sense because for every 1 awake woman, there are at least 50 awake men.
