The Island, The Moon, Oblivion, Dual, Replicas, Cloud Atlas, all recent movies about clones.

There's plenty and tons of clone references in TV shows.

Some of the movies on that list are extremely popular. Oblivion, the Island, Logan was a huge blockbuster. So was jurassic park, although not about human cloning. Ranker has me wanting to check out Moon.
