This is proof that they cannot handle modern civilization. If we must be forced to share a society with them, it wouldn't be so bad if we allowed nature o cull the worst of all peoples, not just iggers.

I'm willing to bet the stats are all black on black. Blacks never use the crosswalks nor do they look for pedestrians when driving.
