Statins are garbage, lots of side effects they are also implicated in heart damage. Lastly the published materials say they only prevent one out of 100 heart attacks. Ask your doctor, he will confirm.

When my pop got put on a Statin he fell over after a dizzy spell and stopped using them after that.

Your liver and intestines make something like 80% of your cholesterol for your body's needs, so it's not like cholesterol is bad.

Something is out of whack, you just gotta figure out what that is.

Cut out carbs and sugar (including alcohol) and switch to a high fat meat-based diet. Going keto or carnivore will improve your health significantly.

Yeah but dont just fast because its a "good assessment" of what would help.

Do it with a goal of losing weight and set a goal weight and with realization that youre making this style of eating between windows your new way of life from here on out. That pretty much means no breakfast and not eating or drinking calories after 6.30pm except weekends, forever. Save your drinking for the weekend and never do beer again. bonus:
Dont eat anything out of the cupboards either except tuna and nuts. All your meals come out of the refrigerator. Otherwise, if you continue to eat sugars and proccessed shit, it wont work.

Statins are dangerous. You need to look it up before you swallow any more poison. There are a lot of sites that describe the effects of those who were damaged by taking statins.

Cut out artificial chemicals. As best you can, completely restrict chemical intake.

The closer to growing it or raising it, yourself, the better.

I'm not giving medical advise. IDK if it will work for you but I know aplenty who this has worked for: Fish Oil 2400mg capsules. You can get a bottle of 130 for $10 but its been a little higher recently. They took 1-2 a day for three months and when they went back to the doc cholesterol was good. Statins are one of the nastiest, dirtiest drug you can put in your body.

Don’t do it. Everyone I know, including me, get sick after about three months. You’ll wake up one day and feel like you got run over by a truck. I couldn’t actually get out of bed I was in so much pain. And the pain is everywhere.

Change your diet. Stop eating carbs. Nothing white. Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice. Don’t drink sugar drinks. Including diet drinks. And no candy.

Find a workable natural alternative.
I started on them 10 years ago, took maybe 10 days worth, felt like crap.
Tossed them out, did my own research and developed my own treatment. I'm doing great.
