Do any of you know of a good book of basic medical information in case I don't have internet or phone access for a couple months? I want something with the basics like alternate ways to treat common injuries and symptoms of common illnesses. I will have power so it can be digital, but I prefer a hard copy.
Get some of those old Army field manuals on that stuff. Learn more about how to eat healthy and stay away from bullshit and you really don’t ever get sick. Boost your intake of mineral water and Celtic sea salt and you’ll almost never get sick. Do a 72 hour fast if you feel a scratchy throat that doesn’t go away by the evening.
More on fasting, you should do a 72 hour fast every few weeks. Your body does a ton of shit for itself when it can redirect its energy from food processing to other things. Quit jacking off too because resources and shit.
