They use numbers like 33 to deliver a message to those looking for it. In the most general sense in this sort of context, it means "Freemasonry is involved here." It can also mean "Occult knowledge is involved here."

A little more info... 33 is the number of vertebrae in the human spine. It's a reference to prana/chi/vril/whatever-you-wanna-call-it, the energy involved in things like remote viewing, telepathy, magick, etc, which flows through the spine. They don't really own the number, but they're practically the only ones that put it out there like this.

Turkey is currently helping Israeli terrorists bomb targets in Syria..... i seriously doubt Turkey is arresting Israeli spies. I mean, surely Israel is being its normal parasitic self in Turkey, but they're not getting arrested
