I've had chicken all my life and made every which way. Why is chicken in chines restaurants so weird? Doesn't look like chicken. Doesn't smell or taste like chicken. Doesn't feel like chicken in the mouth when chewing. Hmm.
Is it dog meat? Cat meat? Rat meat? Hell, it dould be Wuhan bat meat forall I know. But it ain't chicken.

Ahh , yes now i think of it i have heard that name before. Any roast chicken is fine by me.
