First time I tried this one and I must say, it turned out very well.

Paired with a nice bottle of Nero d'Avola (due to the spiciness)

Not everyone has the iron pan (necessary in the original recipe), so we will do it with non-stick.

Proceeds to scratch the fuck out of non-stick pan with metal utensils.
