Seriously, don't work so hard, and spend the saved time looking for a higher-paying job. Just don't tell the old job.

Then live minimalist-style. Ultra-minimalist is the goal but it's not needed. Save those sheckels, invest if you must, and look into sustainable farming in a decent state/country.

Figure out how much you need to make the move. Save up that much. Buy the land, start building up the property over time. When it's ready and you have your prep, your tools, your land, your water, and woods... Do it.
