Would he actually do it though? Voting is fake and gay for many reasons. You would have to fix like ten different things at the same time for it to not be fake and gay, which will never happen. One of those is that you can never hold anyone accountable and they can just say whatever they want. Until that is fixed there will just be one more reason that voting is solidly and irrefutably fake and gay.
Typically “payroll taxes” are referring to the taxes paid by employers to cover the company’s half of the taxes due on an employee’s wages. I wouldn’t be surprised that he is doing this to help companies and putting the responsibility of the “income taxes”(which is what employees pay) to be handled by the employee.
