Nah, slow the speed right down - he literally solved the moves beforehand while looking at it - and then made three twists - one on his bottom left and then two on the right side .

Looks like he does four moves: right corner, left side, top, left side. With 14 available moves each step (16 at the beginning), that's choosing the correct 1 in about 44,000 combinations of four moves available. So whatever luck he got with it solvable in four moves, he was able to choose the correct ones and execute them lightning-fast.
