He knows that 90% of Black kids do not have the self-discipline to sit in class quietly and constructively, but he is correct about private schools for the upper-middle class and the wealthy operating much differently from our middle class and inner city goyslop academies. Many are operated in a Montessori-type fashion that is less-regimented and more exploratory (also more faggoty) in nature. Homeschooling is obviously best with book learning limited to like a couple 90 minute sessions with multiple recesses for outdoor activities, art, music, home economics and shop.

No, Dick Gregory has been dead for probably 8 years or so and your take on him is 100% spot on. He was a product of the civil rights era and his every waking thought was race-based. He was like a more honorable Al Sharpton and toward the end of his life he would give these long interviews where he was often abusive towards his host and 98% of it would be race shit, but he has some good statements about health and the Globalist system like this clip.
I hated school from day one. Looking back at all the nonsense, I'm a proponent of UNSCHOOLING. It's a system of having NO system at all, letting children learn what they want, when they want, at their own pace. Kids are naturally curious and want to learn, but not in a prison system like we use now.
