18 year old in the UK locked up in a mental institution for LIFE for leaking GTA6 details online

all hail the British establishment for pushing tyrannical judicial over-reach to the next level. Locking up kids for life because they supposedly cost some very rich people a few million would have caused a shit storm a few decades ago, but these days we are all used to it. Julian Assange can confirm. When do we all decide we've had enough?

He isn't "locked up for life".

He's in a mental institution until the doctor decides he's no longer a threat. The faggot is saying that he can't wait to go back to committing crimes and is too mentally ill to stand trial for what he's doing.

And, his crime is extorting companies after they hack into the company's servers and grab sensitive data.

Indefinite incarceration at the mercy of some fucking doctor is pretty much for life if they want it to be dude. Extorting tech companies for money with the threat of release of data over the internet is not anywhere near as bad as murder of rape. Yet here in the UK you can get away with such violent crime with a suspended sentence in the right circumstance. Judicially this case is an outrage. There was a woman called Melanie Shaw who was locked up in a similar way because she was spearheading a campaign exposing pedophiles in the government. Our judges in this country need adjusting...

They aren't going to keep him in a mental health facility for life. That's fucking retarded.

And while trying to extort business for millions of dollars isn't "murder or rape", it's still a very serious crime that gets people decades in prison. Actual prison. Not a mental health hospital until the doctor determines that you're not going to go straight back to doing extortion. The dumb fuck is saying that he intends to keep doing it.

This isn't an "outrage". It's perfectly reasonable. The guy is committing crimes that gets people decades of prison time but he's too retarded to stand trial for his crimes. Add to it that HE IS FUCKING SAYING THAT HE WILL DO IT AGAIN IF HE'S RELEASED! What the fuck would you have the courts do? Turn him loose? Let him extort businesses.

Yeah fucking retarded... But they have done it with other people, no? Julian Assange? Melanie Shaw? Locked up for life, in the case of Melanie Shaw it is in solitary. So I don't know where you are coming from with your dismissive attitude. I would have our judicial system in the UK deal out justice with equal measure. If this KID is to be locked up indefinitely then why not put away serial rapists indefinitely? But that is not done here. It would be against the rapists human rights to have an indefinite sentence. Decades of prison time should be reserved for violent evil people who are a true threat to society. An 18 year old who has done no-one any harm whatsoever need not have his freedom removed. Also notice the 17 year old facing extremely questionable charges of stalking girls instead of hacking. They know they can smite him with that just like Julian Assange with the rape charges. I would have the courts turn the fucker loose for sure. His crimes were modest in comparison to many in England who walk the streets with impunity. That is why I say this is an outrage. How many spam emails have you received over the course of your life trying to blackmail you with worthless threats? Enough to not care anymore?
Where is your sense of perspective?

The video that put Julian Assange on the map "Collateral Murder" was a lie that was disproved onscreen as his annotations said the opposite. His text box saying "innocent journalists" was literally on screen as the militia who had just attacked an army position down the street retreated to that position, visibly carrying RPGs and AKs.

"YOU DO NOT SEE THE WEAPONS, THOSE ARE THE PENS AND NOTEPADS OF INNOCENT JOURNALISTS"

The fact that most of the public went with the lie despite the weapons in their hands is not irrelevant to the disregard of the 'elites' for the masses.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 20:25:32 ago (+0/-1)

Lol. You're comparing Julian Assange to an extortionist? Did this guy expose government criminal activity that was classified to bury their crimes?

Your emotional genuflecting about "its not rape or murder" is nonsensical. Extortion is a very serious crime in every country in the world.

Are you disputing the allegations? Dubious charges? Isn't he saying that he'll do it again? And, if he's not totally fuckin' wacko, then they should charge him, right? But you'd let him go? Because unless you rape or murder someone, you shouldn't be locked up? Is this what you're suggesting? Again, extortion is a very serious crime. They dropped the rape charges, and Assange is only wanted in the US for violations of the Espionage Act, which is what we use to punish misbehaving journalists.

Absolutely, everyone who intends to commit crimes should be locked up, indefinitely, until a cunt doctor says they are free.

No one disagrees with that.

[ - ] Sector2 0 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 23:14:09 ago (+0/-0)

Fraudulent rhetoric is a crime.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 20:48:04 ago (+0/-1)

everyone who intends to commit crimes should be locked up

How about those caught doing the crime, too mental to stand trial, and saying he'll do it again?

And, if no, then do you draw the line at accused rapists and murderers, or let them go, too?

[ - ] MichelleObamasPenis 0 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2023 03:16:28 ago (+1/-1)

saying he'll do it again?

Absolutely: Everyone who thinks or says that they will commit a crime should be locked up, indefinitely, until a cunt doctor says they are free.

Basic stuff.

You seem to forget that he's been caught doing it, already.

Why don't we lock up the businesses that extort us?
Jus' sayin, there is no justification possible. The kid's a twat skiddie.

[ - ] Sector2 0 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 22:31:07 ago (+0/-0)

So you do have the ability to make sense.

[ - ] Sector2 0 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 22:50:16 ago (+0/-0)

"I'll do it again if you let me go!"

Plagerism might be a crime where you let them go until they actually do it again. Otherwise, it's essentially a cry to keep them locked up.

Kind of like the old Bob Dobbs cartoon: "Kill me or I'll kill you!" - [holds a gun to victims head while thrusting a gun into his hands.]

Back in my day, they really did lock you up in prison for years for messing with corporate property.

[ - ] WanderingToast 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2023 01:56:18 ago (+2/-0)

He's been recruited into GCHQ.

Because the 'punishment' is medical, medical privacy is active. So if he gets discharged next week it's no ones business.

Never get between the jew and it's shekels. They own the police, media, courts, and governments.

The jury was told that while he was on bail for hacking Nvidia and BT/EE and in police protection at a Travelodge hotel, he continued hacking and carried out his most infamous hack.
Despite having his laptop confiscated, Kurtaj managed to breach Rockstar, the company behind GTA, using an Amazon Firestick, his hotel TV and a mobile phone.

This game shouldn't have been made. Niggers are already inspired by those games and the new one is meant for niggers

Legendary King.

The governments create the backdoors, along with microsoft and other tech companies, that allow the governments to extort people. Hackers find these backdoors and use them to extort people. Governments arrest the hackers for using the governments backdoors. Microsoft then patches the backdoor while at the same creates another backdoor which hackers will end up finding... process repeats.

Wtf Monica with the actual take on this situation.

By saying he is going to a “hospital “ for the “rest of his life” means they are removing him from the public and we will forget about him.
Meanwhile he gets some British style MKUltra treatment and is reprogrammed as a state asset to manipulate to monitor the political opposition.

30 years ago the state may have made him a white hat. Not anymore. Consolidate power at all costs.

[ - ] BushChuck 0 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2023 00:42:19 ago (+0/-0)

We should break this kid out. He clearly has amazing potential th the state is terrified of. Or it's fake.

If real, though.

They'll let him out in a year or two and then he will get a high paying job working for rockstar to prevent others from doing what he did. Or get a high paying job with some other company.

The government gets a lot of its hackers this way, hiring them after their sentence is up.

[ - ] Conspirologist -1 points 4 monthsDec 22, 2023 18:03:05 ago (+2/-3)

He is guilty of blackmailing. Too autistic to just leak.
